I ordered this dress for my senior prom, and when I saw it online I just knew it was the right one for me. Then when I actually received it? It was even better than I had hoped. The dress is made with so much love, so much care, the detailing is absolutely breath taking. I ordered the custom size, and when I forgot to leave me measurements Abby reached out to me directly and asked. She was so nice, so pleasant. I cannot thank her enough for this dress, I feel like a princess, and my family agrees with me. I feel stunning, and I honestly would probably get married in this dress, maybe even order my wedding dress from them. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 would buy every single dress from them from now on.
I ordered a custom-sized dress for my daughter's prom and it arrived as originally scheduled (approx 4 weeks). The dress looked exactly like the image on the website, the color, the detailing, etc., which pleasantly surprised me. I was also thoroughly impressed with the quality of the dress. Needless to say, my hard-to-please 17-year-old was truly happy with this purchase and it fit her as expected and looked beautiful on her. Additionally, I reached out to the business contact with questions and Abby always responded to my inquiries quickly. I would order again from them.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you want. Because most of our formal dresses are made to order, so thanks for your understanding the time for canceling is very important. 1. Order can be canceled within 48 hours of payment: for a full refund.
2. Order can be canceled within 48-120 hours after payment: for 60% product's price and shipping fee.
2. Order can be canceled >120 hours after payment: only for shipping fee.

How to return:
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

2. Provide us with photos of the product, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color problem etc.
3.Once we approve your return request, please ship the product out in 7 working days.
4.When we receive the returned product,the refund will be given in 48 hours.
5. The returned product must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
6. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
7. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
8. For the return address, we will give you the return address by email after we approve your return request.

The color is gorgeous, the feel of it and fabric feels rich. When trying it on i felt like a princess and made my prom dreams come true. Very sparkly and amazing.
Order arrived in very timely fashion and fits my granddaughter very well. She loves her prom dress-feels like a princess.
